The first thing that players will want to do is make sure they have a Twitch Prime account. If someone has an Amazon Prime account then they also own Twitch Prime They then just need to go to Twitch Prime page under the settings tab on Twitch. Then it is pretty easy to then just click the box for Fortnite and log in. Once players connect the accounts this way they can then claim the loot box that is currently being offered. Even though there have been two different Twitch Prime Packs, players will only be able to unlock the most recent one. There has been no new information on if Fortnite plans to add more packs in the future, but for now this is what players have the option of picking up:

Twitch Prime Pack #2- This pack will give players the Battle Royale Trailblazer Outfit, as well as the True North Back Bling, Tenderizer Pickaxe, and the Freestylin’ Emote.

Those who claim the Prime pack will be able to use it between both a PC and their console. Sadly they won’t be shared between a PlayStation and Xbox account, so players will have to pick only one console if they own both. The upside is that players don’t have to pay for Twitch Prime indefinitely to keep this content. Players can either claim this during a free trial or only pay for a month and still keep the loot forever.

have discovered a new countdown timer in the Battle Royale lobby

have discovered a new countdown timer in the Battle Royale lobby that presumably reveals the date and time of the game’s highly anticipated Season 2 live event. Assuming the timer is correct, the so-called Doomsday event is set to kick off May 30 at 2:05 p.m. EDT.

fortnite doomsday event countdown timer
‘Fortnite’ fans can see a new countdown timer in the lobby and Midas’ Agent room. The Season 2 live event takes place May 30 at 2:05 p.m. EDT. ‘Fortnite’ is available on PS4, Xbox One, Switch, PC and mobile.
EPIC GAMES
Currently the timer is visible in two locations including the main lobby screen and on Midas’ desk in his Agent room. Leaks suggest a third countdown timer is expected to hover above the Agency at some point, but that may happen closer to the start of the actual event.

Regardless of where it appears, the new countdown confirms that big changes are coming to Fortnite just one week from today. What those changes may be technically remains a mystery, but leaks and in-game developments vbuck generator reveal a lot about the kinds of happenings players can expect to see. Talk of Fortnite’s Doomsday event began in mid-April with the debut of Midas’ Agent room and the appearance of suspicious hatches around the Agency. The presumed device has been sitting in Midas’ room for a bit, but it may move to another spot on the map as the newly confirmed event date draws near.

Regardless of the specifics of how the Doomsday event plays out, players can expect major news over the next few days and through the start of Season 3 on June 2. Fortnite Season 3 was delayed in the middle of April, but teasers of the next Battle Pass have already surfaced. Without spoiling more than we need to, let’s just say something is about to happen to the Chapter 2 map that fans have been predicting for quite some time.

Fortnite has established a seasonal tradition of offering major live events leading up to the debut of significant updates. From rocket launches to taking the entire game offline for several days at a time, the community-focused strategy remains one of the most effective ways to keep fans engaged with new developments both before and after they happen. It remains to be seen if this Doomsday event lives up to fans’ lofty expectations, but, with the appearance of this new countdown, Epic is getting the festivities started pretty early.

set in an apocalyptic world where very few people are able to venture outside.

After two delays, Amazon’s upcoming shooter is finally coming out. But “Crucible” might already be too late to the game.

“Crucible,” which will be released May 20, was delayed twice due to Covid-19, according to franchise lead Colin Johanson. First as the development team adapted to working from home and then because the team questioned the timing of publishing a game during a pandemic.
CNN Business got an early look at the game and the chance to play alongside other press and game developers online.
The game is free to play and available only on PC. It combines elements from adventure and questing games, like defeating monsters for experience points, as well as features from popular shooters.

Your guide to picking the right bidet for you and your budget
Bidets may seem like a technology that’s out of reach and reserved for the rich. In reality, bidets are much more accessible than you may think.
“Crucible” is set in an apocalyptic world where very few people are able to venture outside. Those who do must find work as freelancers, hunting creatures to collect essence, a special material that helps them level up and grow more powerful. Like 2019’s “Death Stranding” from Hideo Kojima, a game which centers on a delivery guy’s attempts to keep his packages safe while traversing a wasteland, those themes might be free v bucks generator resonate too closely with an audience facing the pandemic.
“We didn’t have any concerns about the themes of ‘Crucible,’ which is set on a fictional planet at the edge of known space,” said Louis Castle, studio head of Relentless Studios, the studio within Amazon Game Studios responsible for the game. “We did think hard about what it meant to launch a game right now, and after a lot of reflection we decided that contributing the joy that comes from games was one small way we could give people something positive right now.”
Several analysts told CNN Business that “Crucible” might be behind the times.
“These companies are like huge oil tankers that cannot exactly turn on a dime. They make a decision, it takes years to execute, and by the time the product comes out, the market has totally changed direction,” said David Cole, founder and CEO of research firm DFC Intelligence. “Both ‘Crucible’ and the upcoming ‘New World,’ which got delayed again, are high quality titles for 3 or 4 years ago.”
Amazon’s “New World” is an upcoming massive multiplayer online role-playing game slated for August. It’s set in the 17th century on a supernatural mysterious island called Aeternum, game director Scot Lane told CNN Business last December.
“Crucible” is a free to play shooter available on PC and is set in an apocalyptic world where freelancers hunt monsters and collect essence.

In 2016, when Amazon first announced “Crucible,” the genre of battle royale, in which teams or individual players fight to be the last one standing, was just starting to take off. Games like “H1Z1” and “PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds” helped make battle royale popular as a genre.
“That was when battle royale exploded and went more mainstream than ever and really global. ‘H1Z1’ was popular in a few regions, but ‘PUBG’ went truly global,” PUBG creator Brandon Greene told CNN Business in an interview last November.
“Crucible,” which was loosely inspired by the “Hunger Games” franchise, initially fit in this category.
Then in 2017, Epic Games released “Fortnite,” and two years later it was followed by Electronic Arts (EA)’ “Apex Legends.” Both free-to-play battle royale titles were blockbuster hits. Even established franchises like “Tetris,” “Fallout,” and “Call of Duty” caught onto the battle royale trend.
By 2020, battle royale is already everywhere in gaming, and Amazon knows this.
“We also came to that conclusion and shifted away from [battle royale] a lot…I think ‘Crucible’ is something entirely unique unto itself,” said Johanson, the franchise lead.
Over the years, game developers added new modes to “Crucible,” making battle royale just a side feature. All the modes are multiplayer player-versus-player, but “Crucible” goes beyond the “last player standing” gameplay of traditional battle royales. There’s a mode in which players have to capture objectives that is more reminiscent of “League of Legends” or “Dota 2,” and another mode in which larger teams face off and players have the chance to respawn. In all modes, there are Jurassic-like creatures grazing over the lands for players to attack, which is uncommon for battle royale games.
“Crucible” is a free to play shooter available on PC and is set in an apocalyptic world where freelancers hunt monsters and collect essence.

Amazon still doesn’t have any brand name recognition to its game development arm, so its reputation will grow based on whether fans find “Crucible” or its upcoming massive multiplayer game “New World” fun and well-made, analysts say.
But regardless of how well either game does, Amazon already has its foot in the gaming industry through offering its web services to major developers and through attracting millions of pageviews on Twitch, the livestreaming king.

Fortnite had been the standard for battle royales since the mode’s launch in 2017

Fortnite had been the standard for battle royales since the mode’s launch in 2017. Many games have tried to emulate its success, but none have come as far as Modern Warfare’s Warzone.

We have seen a lot of well known Fortnite personalities jump over to Warzone. Tyler “Ninja” Blevins and Ali “SypherPK” Hassan discussed in a recent stream that Epic Games could learn a few things from the runaway hit Warzone that would improve the Fortnite experience.

https://files.playgorithm.net/accounts/190/images/0f34d34705bc2dae2a93324a52175102

Ninja and SypherPK Want Fortnite’s Player Count Raised

The first flaw that Ninja brings up is the map size. He said that the map is 40% bigger than the last one, but still only has the same amount of players. The density of players can’t achieve the same intensity that a Warzone match has, as a standard Fortnite match has a lot of time spent walking around looking for people to hit.

SypherPK then said that Fortnite should bump the player pool to 150 or even 125, to which Ninja suggested there should be a limited-time-mode with the increased player count.

They then refute the common v bucks free belief that the public servers wouldn’t be able to handle that many players. Epic has shown that their servers can handle the increased traffic, as their events draw in several million concurrent players.

Despite still being the overwhelming champion of Battle Royales, Fortnite isn’t afraid to adopt new mechanics. When Apex Legends came on the scene, Fortnite quickly adopted their respawn system in the form of the Reboot Van.

The quick adaptability of Fornite is what allows it to follow and lead trends, so hopefully Fortnite finds a way to mitigate the lull periods in a match.

The last player count stat we heard from Epic was about 250 million in March 2019

Fortnite has more than 350 million registered players, the game developer announced on Wednesday. That makes the free-to-play battle royale game one of the most popular titles ever made, ranking up there with the ubiquity of Minecraft and some of the most downloaded mobile and free-to-play PC games of the last 15 years. While we have no indication as to how many players log in every day or month, as Epic doesn’t release those stats, the studio did say that in April alone, players logged 3.2 billion hours of Fortnite.

The last player count stat we heard from Epic was about 250 million in March 2019, indicating that the game is still growing a year later and more than two and a half years after fortnite generator its initial release. That’s partly due to the game being so readily available on all platforms — PC, console, and mobile — and because Epic continues to update it constantly.

Most recently, the developer added party royale, a gun-free social space within the game that allows players to log in and hang out with friends, watch concerts from big-name music acts, and engage in a variety of theme park-style activities. It’s all part of Epic’s quest to build a metaverse-style social network that lives entirely within its 3D world. After a massive and surreal Travis Scott concert last month and last Friday’s Diplo show, Epic says it’s going to host a mini music festival featuring DJs Dillon Francis, Steve Aoki, and deadmau5 starting at 9PM ET this Friday, May 8th.

I’m so used to seeing my kid hop into Fortnite and play his friends anywhere

I’m so used to seeing my kid hop into Fortnite and play his friends anywhere, that it’s easy to forget how rare crossplay is between consoles, mobile and PCs. Epic Games just made its Epic Online Services tools available for other game developers, which could lead to a lot more cross-platform games… and a chance for Fortnite friends to carry over to other services.

Epic Games announced the news alongside a preview of Unreal Engine 5 running on PlayStation 5.

Epic’s tools won’t require the Epic vbuck generator Games Store to work, and according to Epic’s post, developers could choose to integrate the features into existing social features. Fortnite works across PC, Mac, iOS, Android, Switch, PlayStation and Xbox, and the Epic Games Services will start on Mac, PC, Switch, Xbox, PlayStation and Linux, with iOS and Android “coming soon.”

Right now, true crossplay is rare. Games like Roblox and Minecraft largely support it across consoles, PCs and mobile devices, but for example, PC gamers can’t play the online-only Fallout 76 with console gamers.

Watch this: Expect PS5 shortages this holiday season 2:53

According to Epic, the matchmaking and crossplay functions can work with Apple, Discord, Nintendo, PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, and Epic Games platforms, and Epic Games account log-in options are available separate from the matchmaking tools.

Whether this results in a lot more people finally able to make crossplay games, or ones that hook into fortnite v buck generator Epic’s social community of friends, remains to be seen. More open and crossplatform games on consoles, and ones that hook into mobile, are exactly what I want.

More details on the service are here. Whether the crossplay era will really open up remains to be seen.

Rockstar Games keeping quiet about the inevitable Grand Theft Auto 6

With Rockstar Games keeping quiet about the inevitable Grand Theft Auto 6, fans have been scouring Grand Theft Auto 5 for any possible clues about when the next game in the critically-acclaimed series will launch. The latest theory claims that the Grand Theft Auto 6 release date has been in GTA 5 since the game’s launch back in 2013, and while that seems unlikely, the evidence is still somewhat compelling.

Grand Theft Auto 5 players have once again taken note of some doors at the Los Santos International Airport, thinking the numbers on them reveal the GTA 6 release date. This isn’t the first time this theory has been brought up, but a tweet by GTA 6 News has given it renewed attention. Basically, the gta 5 mobile airport doors have three sets of numbers on them: 2013, 2014, and 2021. 2013 is the year Grand Theft Auto 5 launched, whereas 2014 is the year GTA 5 was ported to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Fans have theorized that this means 2021 will be the year GTA 6 will launch.Continue Scrolling To Keep ReadingClick the button below to start this article in quick view.START NOW

Since video game companies typically don’t plan release dates out so far in advance, the more likely scenario is that this is just a coincidence. However, it is worth pointing out that these are the only numbers on the airport doors. Considering this, perhaps this was done on purpose, with the developers simply guessing that the Grand Theft Auto 6 release date would be in 2021.

As it stands, it’s difficult to say when exactly the Grand Theft Auto 6 release date is. Industry insiders are divided on how far along GTA 6 is in development, with some thinking that the game is still in the very early stages of production, and others believing that it’s well on its way to being finished. So depending on who is right, a GTA 6 release date in 2021 is certainly within the realm of possibility.

If Grand Theft Auto 6 does launch in 2021, it will be interesting to see how much truth there’s been to the many rumors that have been circulating about the game. Rumors and supposed “leaks” have made all kinds of claims about Grand Theft Auto 6, claiming to reveal details about the GTA 6 map and the game’s protagonists.

Until Rockstar Games itself decides to reveal more, fans will continue coming up with their own theories about the GTA 6 release date. Hopefully official information comes sooner rather than later so this nonstop rumor and speculation can be laid to rest.

NEON WINGS FORTNITE

In every major Fortnite update, Epic Games add brand new cosmetics to the files which include skins, back blings, emotes, pickaxes, and more. The majority of the cosmetics are leaked by data-miners whilst the servers are down for maintenance, however, there are some cosmetics that Epic encrypt which data-miners usually can’t leak.

In the last major Fortnite update, v12.50, Epic added Neon Wings, a back bling that data-miners knew would be free for all players. Reason For Zenon’s Fortnite Ban

fortnite is one of the most famous battle royale games. Due to the massive popularity, controversies surround Fortnite from time to time. The latest one is a Brazilian kid being handed a 4-year ban by Epic Games.

A considerable portion of the Fortnite community includes young fans who haven’t entered their teenage yet. Therefore, Epic has implemented rules that prevent kids below the age of 13 from participating in competitive tournaments or game modes that include a prize pool. Moreover, players below Epic’s age limit also need their parent’s consent to partake in certain v buck generator competitive matches that don’t have cash prizes involved. This leads us to the current situation.

Zenon, a 9-year-old Brazilian Fortnite player, has been banned from the battle royale for 1460 days. It means he’s prohibited for a total of 4 years until he turns 13. It’s safe to say that Brazil isn’t a standout region for Fortnite’s competitive scene, but this kid is already has made a name for himself by playing Fortnite. Zenon has more than 130,000 followers on Twitch.

Reason For Zenon’s Fortnite Ban

Zenon received the ban because of playing a few matches in Arena mode, which is a competitive mode but doesn’t include cash prizes. The nine-year-old, accompanied by his viewers and his father next to him, was banned on stream. It led to the kid breaking down in tears. Although it seems that Zenon had his father’s permission to play, once Epic spotted the Terms of Service breach, they took action. Now, Zenon can neither participate in a Fortnite tournament nor play Arena mode until he’s 13.

#FreeZenon Trends On Twitter

After Zenon’s dramatic ban, #FreeZenon became a trend on Twitter. It was started by his followers as well as Fortnite fans who were sad to see the dreams of the aspiring kid crushed. Well over 100,000 people have tweeted with the hashtag, including some notable names in the gaming community.

FaZe Banks pleaded the developers to let the kid go back to playing Fortnite.
